The Lewis and Womack families from what I can put together were from England to Virginia to Georgia to Texas in your line. Richard Womack would have been the father to Alaxender who died in Hancock County, Georgia. Jacob Lewis Womack moved to Jones County, Georia and died in Butler County,Alabama or in Texas. This Womack family is a mess and I am still trying to piece the family together. I am getting the info. from several sources. "Jack" John Womack was the brother of Jacob Lewis Womack from what I can learn.. I think the Lewis family is listed in Jones County, Georgia. I am still trying to get the family in order.
