I think that you have been given some defective information. The only Wolverton family in New Jersey in 1721 was that of Charles Woolverton, the immigrant. His Bible lists the births of nine children, the last in 1717. (See Macdonald and McAdams, "The Woolverton Family 1693-1850 and Beyond", pp. 1-5.) There is no reason to believe that he had further children whose births were simply overlooked.
As I recall, the BOLLESFELT (or Böllesfeldt?) family later became the BELLIS family, and there is a considerable amount of material on it under both names in the Hunterdon County Historical Society in Flemington, Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
A marriage that looks suspiciously like the onoe you refer to was that of RACHEL WOLVERTON, born 31 May 1791, daughter of Gabriel Wolverton and Catharine Murray, with ADAM BELLIS, born 18 December 1788 in Kingwood Township, Hunterdon County, son of Adam Bellis and Mary Rockefeller.
