You can find information on Ney B. WOLVERTON, his ancestors and descendants in "Descendants of Andrew Woolverton" by Royal A. Wolverton. Briefly, the line back from Ney to the immigrant Charles is:

Melzur Beals WOLVERTON, b.16 Sept 1842, Hickman Co., TN; d. 31 July 1923; m.(2) 30 Nov 1882, Hulda DOSS.

Thomas W. WOLVERTON, b.9 Oct 1809; d.c.1850; m. 1830, Margaret WOOD, b. 1812.

William Robert WOLVERTON, b.c.1787, VA; d.c.1855; m.(1) 19 Jan 1808, Somerset, Pulaski Co., KY, Rachel SCOTT.

Andrew WOLVERTON, b.c.1752, Amwell, Hunterdon Co., NJ; d.1812, Maury Co., TN; m. in VA, Sarah Ann STONE, d.c.1808, Somerset, Pulaski Co., KY.

Joel WOLVERTON, b.31 May 1715, Burlington Co., NJ; d.1795, Hunterdon Co., NJ; m.c.1738, Elizabeth ROBINS (c.1720-c.1800).

Charles WOLVERTON, b.c.1660, England; d.c.1746, Hunterdon Co., NJ; m.c.1697, Mary ____ (not CHADWICK, she was the daughter of Elizabeth, later the wife of John CHADWICK by a previous husband).
