The Jas W Wolstenholme you noted in your message was my grandfather. He was born in Thornton, England on 12 November 1886. He married Annis Procter in Philadelphia. Annis was born in Hornton near Thornton, both towns were outside Bradford in West Yorkshire. James and Annis had 10 children all born in Philly. James worked in the Thomas Wolstenholme textile mill on Frankford Ave as did my mother. My aunt (My Mothr's sister) lived just across the street from the mill. I have much information on the family back to about 1805.
