We are supposed to be related as well, but details are very scanty. However i do have this info which might be of some use to you. Dean Wolstenholme Senior was born in Yorkshire where he and his family farmed considerable estates. About 1793 he was involved in litigation cocerning property at Waltham Abbey, Herts, as a result he was forced to turn to painting. He was born in 1757 and died in 1837. His son Charles Dean engraved much of his father's work.Charles Dean Junior was born in 1798 at Waltham Abbey. When he was 14 he was badley disfigured when a coach horse bit a piece out of his cheek. He studied engraving as a young man.He was a great pigeon man and some say he was responsible for breeding the 'Almond Tumbler'.He died in 1883 at Highgate. Hope this is of some help. If anyone knows more please let us know
