Candice Cay Wolford obituary:
Candice Cay Wolford, a 1970 graduate of RHS and UMR (1974), passed away Saturday, Jan. 7, 2006, at Heritage Park in Rolla following a lengthy illness.
Candy was born June 22, 1952, to Elizabeth and C. R. Wolford of Rolla, who preceded her in death as did her oldest brother, Robert.
She is survived by brothers Jerry (Carol) of Queen Creek, Ariz.; David (Pat), and Mark, of Rolla; as well as several nieces and nephews and four great nephews and a niece.
Candy will be missed by her family and special friends in Springfield and Rolla.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Heritage Park, Phelps County Hospice and the many friends whose kindness and care comforted Candy.
Donations in memory of Candice Wolford should be made to Christ Episcopal Church or Phelps County Hospice. The Reverend Michael Hardwick of Christ Church will conduct the private funeral service.
