I show Catherine to be the daughter of Joseph Wolfenbarger and Nancy (this is where it gets cloudy) Welch/Hansen/Hackerload. The last name depends on whom you talk to. My great-grandmother Wolfenbarger always said either Welch or Hansen, but some here on line say Hackerload. I have not found solid evidence for any of the last names, but it has been some time since I was into the Wolfenbarger side. My connection to your Catherine is Catherine's brother, William Walker Wolfenbarger.
My information for Catherine is not proven. I found some info (can't remember where right now) that said Catherine married a William William 15 Jan 1835(which I did find in the 1850 census) and then divorced and married an Enoch Mcey 15 Jul 1858. Which I did find in the 1860 census, strong evidence that the info may be accurate (see below).
I just never had the time to follow-up.
So, while it may not be a silver bullet, it may be enough to get you moving in the right direction.
Below is what I have in my working notes for Catherine and some suppositions about her:
1850 Grainger County, Tennessee, District 13, 20 November 1850, Page 218, Line 21:
Williams, Wm M 33 Farmer TN
Catherine F 31 TN
Susan F 12 TN
Elizabeth F 11 TN
Joseph M 8 TN
Nancy E. F 7 TN
Lucinda F 5 TN
John R. M 4 TN
Issac M 3 TN
James S. M 11/12 TN
William is Catherine’s first husband. Catherine cannot read/write.
1860 Grainger County, Tennessee, District 10, Rutledge Post Office, 11 August 1860,

Joseph M 9 TN
Arminda F 7 TN
If this is the right Catherine, it appears that she and William Williams divorced. William Williams lives in Grainger Co. (pg 204), married to a Susan, and has the children from his and Catherine’s marriage. I will have to research a little bit more to figure out whom the Wolfenbarger children are that are living with Enoch and Catherine. John, Malinda, William, and Joseph are in school.
I hope this helps some, Take care,
