WUJCIKS from GALICIA to the US

Hoping to find information on the Wujcik family from Zarnowa, Glacia (Poland). Jan Wujcik and wife Aniela (Bielec) came to the US in 1907 and settled in Burlington, NJ with their infant son, Joseph. Jan's father was Gregory, who remained in Poland. Jan passed away, in Burlington, NJ, in 1929. Nellie (Aniela) ran a small store facing the Delaware River in order to raise her 5 boys and 2 girls. Does anyone know how to find documents in Poland? Would appreciate any help.
