My husbands family are SA Wohlfiels (they changed the spelling though)...they are based in NSW but originate from the Wohlfiels from Tanunda / Bethany/Ngapilla area of the Barossa. They are related to Ernst Wilhelm Wohlfiel &Anna Rosina Hampel.
I don't have any information about their German/Prussian roots you? I think they were from Royn, in Silesia (now Poland).
