No, the children you mentioned were probably the children of Webb Wofford by a previous marriage. Arminda Wofford and my ggrandfather were married in 1851 and had the following children: William W., Mary Elizabeth, Jeremiah, Summerville and Arminda Lee Bruce. After arminda died (date?), my ggrandfather married Mary Jane Jernigan (my ggrandmother). I did not know that Joel was the brother of
John and and Webb. Is Rollins Wofford a brother? Webb Wofford and Mary Bruce were married about 1854 and her father Wm Sr. came to live with them (1860 and 1870 census).
