I would also like a copy of that letter if it exists. I am assuming also, that we are talking about the same Benjamin Franklin Wofford as I know there is another Benjamin F. Wofford born in 1865 Georgia. (I am afraid I did not check the posting by Edith you reference before replying here). My maternal great grandfather is Benjamin Franklin Wofford, son of William Benton Wofford. He was born in 1842, Georgia and died in 1926, Texas. Anyway,there are two microfilmings of books called, "From Whom I Came From Whence I Come by Zelma Wells Price #928119 items 1-4 and "The Wofford Family" by Lillie Wells Isbel #879652, item 1 both of which can be obtained by checking with a Family History Library near you through the LDS Church. I have viewed these filmings and my grandmother, Daisy Wofford is mentioned as well as references made to some of her siblings. The letter is dated in May 1921. The letter is not quoted in its entirety, just portions. I'd be happy to share anything that I have if you would like.
