The front of the marriage bond has William FINDLEY and Adah WITTY, there being a very faint cross visible beginning between the the two t's and crossing the right one. On the back, the cross is not visible, and it appears as WILLY.
Also, the bondsman for that marriage was Noah WEATHERLY, who with William WINCHESTER were the security on 19 Feb. 1828 for the adminsitration bond of Aaron BISHOP, who became the administrator. His name is variously given in different estate papers as Andrew S. WITTY, and Smith A. WITTY.
The settlement on 12 Feb. 1830 included the receipt of Adah WITTY for a years allowance [as widow]. There's no mention of any children or any guardianship papers, so it may be that there were none in the little over a year they were married. Do you have reason to suspect any? Is your interest from the WITTY, BISHOP, or FINLEY side?
