Suppose you know that your ancestor Daniel G. Witt and
his brother SaundersWitt served in the War of 1812 from
Patrick Co.,VA.

Witt Archives do go down to his son Daniel D. Witt b1832,
who married Nancy McGinnis in 1856.

Suppose you know that wife of your ancestor Elijah Witt was
Jane (Jean) Harbour, daughter of Thomas & Sarah (Witt) Harbour of Henry Co., VA, who died post 1779.

Witt Archives have much information on the Harbours.
