His wife was Annie b New York.
I am in search of the two girls living with them.
A Nellie Sands age 18 and a Belle Sands a 17.
Do you know why these two would have been living with the Withingtons. 10 years earlier they are with their parents, and it is the possibility the parents died and these two girls are kin. Both the Sands girls were b in Grass Valley Nevada Co. Cal.
Then 10 years later one of the girls was a teacher, the other owned a boarding house in Douglas Co. Kansas. The Withingtons are no longer with them.
