Searching any info on George Withington b circa 1859
in 1886 he was a Domestic Coachman in Rochdale Lancs. He was not alive in 1908 when his daughter married.
He married Elizabeth Jones b 1859. She re-married in 1894.
I do know there was TALK of it being a bit of a strange affair. We belive Elizabeth was the Daughter of the household George worked for. Or maybe she was one of the other servants.
They had 3 children
Annie
James b 1884
Rhoda b 24 dec 1886 my Gt gran
We new about Annie and Rhoda but James is a new addition, Rhoda did once mention that someone in her family went to the states early 1900's James is on 1901 british census, so did he go after that?
Any info or point in the right direction would help.
