Thanks for the link! I found my Great-Great-Grandmother Phoebe and her brother Orin Wisel because of it. Their father, David Wisel changed the family name from Wiswell to Wisel. Orin Wisel was instrumental in founding the city of Viroqua, Wisconsin circa 1851. Phoebe was married to my Great-Great-Grandfather, Jacob Higgins and had two children (that I have found so far), Judson and Sidney Higgins. I have a picture of Judson's family.
