Constable Wissinger killed in the line of duty

I'm trying to find out some information on a Wissinger who was a constable in Ebensburg, PA. He was killed in the line of duty in front of the courthouse. I beleive this was in the 1930s. I am a Wissinger by birth and have been trying to research the incident and to see if he was a nephew or brother of my grandfather.
