Kent, I have a Walter E. WISSINGER who married Ruth HEISLEY (1910-1990). Walter's father was Charles WISSINGER (no other information). And Charles father was William A. WISSINGER (12/4/1834-12/13/1914) who married Catharine WARNER (8/14/1845-8/4/1897). William A. and Catherine had the following children on the 1880 census: Harriett, b 1858 (RUDISILL); Mary, b 1862; Charles, b 11/18/1864; Infant female, b & d 10/9/1869; Mandy (Amanda), b 12/1870. The dates for William and Catharine are from the Potsdam Cemetery were they are buried. William A. is the s/o John WISSINGER (1797-1888) and Martha WILLIAMSON (1817-1849). They had 19 children. DO YOU THINK THE CHARLES ABOVE IS YOUR CHARLES ??
