Bob: Sorry to take so long to reply. I have copies of pages of the Hall Family Bible with the following records among others:
George Wissinger died July 1, 1842,aged 32 years, 4months and 8 days.
George Wissinger Sr died October 19, 1855, aged 82(?) years.
Rebecca Wissinger was born on the 9th day of April 1801(6)?
Elizabeth Margaret Wissinger departed this life April 30th, 1838, aged 59 years, 14 days.
Other records relate to Halls, a Harriet B.Smith, a James Griffith. I have no specific record that indicated the father of George Wissinger Sr, but strongly suspect that it was Ludwig, the immigrant. William married an Elizabeth Palmer and moved to Berkeley Co.,VA. George Jr died unmarried, and Rebecca married Thomas W. Hall form whom my line descends. Let me know if this is helpful.
