Seeking information on the following family, especially Charles Arthur WISSINGER and his wife Birdie MCFALLl who probably lived most of their lives in Allegheny Co., PA.
Cannot identify the family of Charles Arthur’s father, John Alexander Wissinger, in the U.S. census.
Birdie McFall is a 2 X great granddaughter of Alexander NEGLEY (1734-1809) of Pittsburgh.
