Ensign David Wisner b 1756-1758 d.1840 was in Romulus about this time. It is possible that Levi was his grandson. I have very little on this line. He had a son William 1782-1871 who was listed on the Jury lists for Seneca County in 1804 & 1809. David may have had other sons. David was the son of Lt Thomas Wisner. Lt Thomas settled in the next county over - Cayuga.
