Jessica Wishart b. late 1800's m. James Allan Paterson, Australia?

I am looking for information on a Jessica Wishart who would have been born mid to late 1800s. Her daughter Violet Jessica Mary Paterson is my grandmother. My grandmother was born in 1915 in North Lyell Gormanston, Tasmania in Australia. Jessica Wishart married a James Allan Paterson. I have been unable to find their marriage or birth details in Australian records i have looked at. I don't know if they were born or married in Australia or elsewhere.
Any information regarding Jessica Wishart would be appreciated.

Am also wondering how do i pronounce Wishart? is it Wish-art, wiss-hart, wiz-hart?
