I am seeking information on the descendents of ABRAHAM WISHART who was born on 29th June 1865 at Drumcullion, near the village of Ballygawley in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. I believe he may have married a lady by the name of Marion, but I do not know her maiden name. They made their home at No 25 Fulton Avenue in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Abraham's parents were Joseph and Eliza (known as "Liza")Wishart. Liza's maiden name was IRWIN. Abraham had a younger brother, William James Wishart, and a sister also named Eliza. His brother, William James, also emigrated to Canada and later in life lived in Florida, USA.
Abraham worked as a Clerk at City Hall and, according to his death certificate, he died there at his desk on 22nd February 1932. He was buried in Park Lawn Cemetery.
If any of these names sound familiar to anyone I should be delighted to hear from you. My connection is far out in that Abraham Wishart's mother's brother, William Irwin, was my great-grandfather! Many thanks for your time.
