Dear Miss Fawcett

Check me out at www.wishart.org.

I have a card for a Henry W, bapt 8 Jun 1800 in Crail, in Fife. His parents were Thomas W and Margaret Murray. He had siblings Margaret, William and Isabel.
I have another card for your Henry. He was a whaler and sailor and was killed by a whale off Wilson's Promintory. This info appears as a footnote in the "History of Port Fairy" in page 10. I guess this Henry would have been born about 1800.
I have a card fior a Henry W who was bapt 16 Nov 1806 in Swallow St Scotch Church in Westminster. His parents were John W and Elizabeth.
I have a card for a Henry W who was born about 1806. He was wed to Anne Ross and they had a son Andrew, b in the Gorbals, Glasgow.
I have a card for a Henry W b 25 Aug 1807 Benston/Beriston (?), Lunnasting,in Shetland. No data is available on his parents.
Lastly, I have a card on a Henry W who was b in 1806 who was a sailor. However, he was in the 1851 census in Lerwick, and claimed ot have been b in Nesting.
If this helps, fine. If you discover something new, please let me know.
Jack Wishart
