I'm not sure if we have a match, but it's possible. I only have estimated dates for most the Wishards. Following is the info I have gathered in the last few months. There were two Jacobs, one was the son and one was the grandson of John Wishard. Let me know if any of this info seems to match your info.

*Prior to Sept 9, 1784 – Antrim Township was in Cumberland County. In 1784 Franklin County was formed from part of Cumberland County and Antrim Township became part of the newly formed county.
