I found data about your Oscar Ransome WISER and Porter Wilson WISER on Gerald Wiser's splendid website--see links below.
John D. WISER & Nancy Ann Elizabeth REDDEN were parents to James Wilborne WISER born 10 OCT 1868 in Coffee County, TN. He married Hettie Ann Alice JERNIGAN on 13 JUN 1891 and bore the following children:
Walter N.; Mary Ellen; Oscar Ransome; John Marion; Porter Wilson; Iva Maude; Willie Lawrence; Bessie; Alva Eunice; and J. W. Hubert.
Your Oscar Ransome WISER (21 SEPT 1895 to 12 JAN 1966) married Sallie Frances TAYLOR on 29 JUL 1917 in Plano, Collin County, TX and they had:
Marion Quentin; Juanita Lamone; Oscar Newman (b. in Grapevine TX in 1926 and died in Lewisville, TX in 1998); and James Ross.
Your Porter Wilson WISER was born 21 SEPT 1899 in Grapevine, TX and died 27 JUN 1968 in Fort Worth, Texas. I recently got an obit from a friendly librarian at the Fort Worth library. Perhaps an obit for Porter might contain more info about his family? Or you could go to or ask the Fort Worth librarian to look up the city directories for the 1960's and earlier to see the names of Porter's wife or kids. That could give you some leads to finding his descendants.
