Does anyone have any information on the family of Martin Wiser, and Nancy C. (maiden name unknown.) Nancy C. was married first to my ggrandfather, James Hobson. They had 2 boys John W. and James Anderson Hobson. It is believed James was killed in the war and never reached home. Martin and Nancy had her boys with them when they married moved to Kentucky where Mary Jane was born, in 1869. They then moved to Illinois where George 1870 and Edward 1871, were born. We found Nancy in the 1880 McNairy Co., Tennessee census. Evidently Mr. Wiser passed away and she came to Tennessee to set up housekeeping with her children. I think they all made their way with the Hobsons to Tuckerman, Jackson CO., Arkansas. Where they are buried. List her as Nancy G. Wieser, wife of Martin. ???
