John Wisor born between 1770 and 1780 in (apparently) Cumberland County PA lived in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland PA prior to moving to Bradford Township, Clearfield PA around 1813. John may have been the son of Jacob Wiser who lived in Rye Township (now in Perry Co.), Cumberland, PA born before 1765. He also may have had a brother Christopher who lived in Southampton Township, Cumberland, Pennsylvania in 1800.
