We are trying to determine the towns of origin and dates of birth, marriage, etc. for Jacob and Margaretha Wisenbaker (Weissenbacher), born ca. 1700, and Christopher Wisenbaker (Weissenbacher), born ca. 1730, and his wife, Constance, in Germany or Austria. Jacob, Margaretha, and Christopher were aboard the ship The Judith that arrived Georgia on Jan. 22, 1746, en route to New Ebenezer/ Savannah as part of the Salzburger colony. If you have information that could help track them prior to their arrival in Georgia in 1746--such as records that might enable locating their place and date of birth, or any record that might link them to a particular place in Germany or Austria, it would be greatly appreciated. We are also interested in Jacob's wife's maiden name as well as Christopher's.
