It is such a pleasure to find someone who gets as much enjoyment from Sidi as I do. She fascinates me - it's almost a crime that nobody has written a book about her life (as far as I know), although you almost have to think that if someone did they'd have to tone down the truth in order to make it believable.

I take it you are related? I have only a very distant connection - I believe she would be my 3rd cousin once removed. I'm pretty sure her great grandmother Ciddie Drury Fulton was a sister of my great-great-grandfather James Drury.

I have quite a few newspaper articles on Sidi (I think my favorites are the ones describing her adventures in Turkey) - it sounds like you probably have them as well, but if you want to compare my info with yours let me know.
