William and Gertrude are in my lineage, too. My great-grandmother was Mary C. Wierman who married Issac Ezra Wolf. They ended up in Clay county, Kansas via Morning Sun, Iowa.

I am recollecting from memory which may be faulty, but I think she came from the Nicholas line. At any rate, either her parents or grand-parents were first cousins.

Would love to share information. I am a full-time traveler, and expect to be in Adams county this October. I would like any information you can give me on the house mentioned, grave sites, etc. My Wolf family also hails from Adams county.

I have only sporadic access to the internet, so would appreciate info via email to nkwolf@juno.com

Thanks for whatever information you can give me.
