Don't know if this will help you, but I have a CLARA Sarah Leonard (1856-1940) who marred John Emmett WIRE (1852-1933) and they lived near Kinsley, Edwards County, Kansas. I believe he was a Justice of the Peace there. They had a daughter named Pearl Esther Wire (1888-1928) who married Dr. Albert S. Hague, son of my great-great grandfather Albert Gallatin Hague, of Iowa.
These Wires are buried in a private family cemetery in Edwards County, KS which has a webpage online at:

Perhaps your Clara ANN Wire is another daughter of theirs or some other relation?
