My father was Robert Aubrey Wintle, he was born in UK (Midlands) and he and emigrated to Australia in 1962 with my Mother Amelia , my Brother Stuart and myself. We sttled in Adelaide, South Australia. I joined the Royal Australian Air force and served for 20 years. I now work for Community Corrections in Brisbane, Queensland. I have been married to Judith for 33 years and have two sons Scott and Warrick.
Scott had a very bad accident five years ago and as a result is now a Paraplegic. This has not stopped him from doing many things like parachuting, Jet skiing, Basketball ect. His most recent sport is Water Skiin of which he holds Australian ilver Medal in the Jump. He has tremendous strength and courage typical of a Wintle. He is a hero to me.I am interested in hearing from any long lost relatives,I know that there would be quite a few around as Dad came from a big family.
