Metzler, Red Wing, MN), Charles (Froid, MT), John (Trenton, ND), Christian (Medicine Lake, MT), Joseph P. (Medicine Lake, MT), Louise (Mrs. John I. Mead, Medicine Lake), Philip A.
Christian Winter first married Miss Mary Huber, daughter of Alois Huber, at LeSueur, MN. Mary died on their Montana homestead near Medicine Lake, MT, (ca 1912). They had no children. Christian moved to Noonan, ND, to join his brother, Charles', butcher business.
On 23 Apr 1916, Brookings, SD, Christian married Miss Alice McKinney, daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth (Hurd) McKinney. They moved to Medicine Lake, MT, in Dec 1916. Child: Phyllis, b. 7 May 1918.
