Fredericton Winslows

Looking for info on the house on the corner of Church and King streets in Fredericton, New Brunswick. It was purchased (?) for Penelope and Sarah Winslow, sisters of Hon. Edward Winslow, by Ward Chipman, circa 1795.I would be very interested in finding out what happened to the original house. Later the present house was supposed to have been built by E. Byron Winslow. My office is located in that house and I would like to get as much of the history of the house (houses) and the lot as I can. I have already found links to the Revolutionary War, Loyalists, even Benedict Arnold. Any info, pictures, anecdotes, of any kind would be appreciated.
