Children are Henry Sobiski Winks [b.Feb 11, 1838] in Big Flats, Chemung, New York; Charles Winks [1840]; Hannah {1842]; Mary Ellen [1844]; George F [Dec 4, 1846] in Kalamazoo, MI; Loren [or Lorin] Grant [b. Jul 6, 1849] in Mich.; Sarah Ann {1850}; Herbert Theoderic {1854; William Thomas [Oct 23, 1857]. Loren Grant Winks [my great-grandfather} married three times. His second wife, Eva R. Bowen and 'Grant' had Freddie [b. 1887], Lewis G. [1879]. John A [1880], Ettie A. [1885], Charles. Lewis G. [my grandfather] married Mary Ann McKenzie in Grand Rapids, Mi Nov 4, 1908. John Lewis Winks [my father] dob Sep 20, 1909 married Louise Ryder Jan 13, 1934. Lewis G. Winks died Nov 29, 1910 of injuries suffered in a fall at work as a lineman.
