In the name of God, Amen, Jacob Wink, Senior of the State of Pennsylvania, and Bedford County, being of perfect health of body, and perfect mend and memory, thanks be given unto God, calling unto min, the mortality of my body, and knowing that it is appointed for all men, once to die, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament that is to say, principally and first of all I give and recommend to the earth to be buried in a decent Christian burial, at the discretion of my Executors, nothing doubting but at the general resurrection, I shall receive the same again by the mighty powers of God and as touching such Wordily Estates where with it has pleased God to blessed in this life.I give and demise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form, First, I give and bequeath to Elizabeth my dearly beloved wife, the sum of fifty pounds, correct money of Pennsylvania and the choice of three cows, out of my stock, together with all my household furniture, also to have liberty to receive and hold parts of the house wherein I now live together with the barn and meadow which I now occupy, also to receive one fifth of all the grain that shall be raised on the plantation, whereof Adam and Jacob and Elias Wink, now live to be delivered to her by the bushel also to have one fifth of the total grain out of the mill and to have three cows in pasture, these rents and privileges to continue, during her widowhood, but if, in case of she shall marry, then these rents and privileges to stop and be no more enjoyed by her.I also give and bequeath to my eldest son Jacob Wink, fifty pounds to be paid out of my personal estate. I also give to my daughter Mary deceasedfifty pounds, to be paid to her children, also fifty pounds I give to my daughter, Elizabeth, deceased to be paid to her children. I also give to my daughter Rebecca one hundred pounds.I also give to my daughter Ida Melot, one hundred pounds. I also give and bequeath to my five sons, all my real or landed estates, that is to say Jacob, one, Adam, two, John, three, Uriah, four, Elias, five, each to have the plantation, whereon they now live, the lands to be valued by four (illegible) persons, and each of my sons to have an equal share or part of the said plantation. And I likewise constitute make and ordain, my sons Jacob Wink and Adam Wink and John Wink and Uriah Wink and Elias Wink to be my sole executors.In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this twentieth day of November in the year of Our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and five, Signed, sealed, published, pronounced and declared by the Jacob Wink, Senior, as his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us who in this presence and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names.Jacob Wink, Senior (seal)

Be it known unto all men by these present that Jacob Wink of the County and State of Pennsylvania, having made and declared my last Will and Testament, in Writing barring date the twentieth day of November one thousand eight hundred and five, Jacob Wink, Senior, by his present codicil notify and confirm my said last Will and Testament, and do further give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Elizabeth one field of new land wheat (illegible) also my riding Mare (illegible) and four (illegible) and my meaning, is that this codicil, be adjudged to be a part and parcel of my last Will and Testament, and that l things thereof mentioned and contained be faithfully and truly performed and as fully and amply in every respect, as if the same, where so declared and set down in my last Will and Testament Witness my hand this twentieth day of November, One thousand eight hundred and five.

BEDFORD COUNTY SS:
Personally appeared before me the subscriber, Register for the Probate of Wills and granting letters of administration, in and for said County. Thomas Morton and William Morton who being fully sworn, do depose and say that they were personally present and heard and saw the Testator, Jacob Wink, Senior seal publish, pronounce and declare, the within Instrument in Writing, to be his last Will and Testament, and that at that time of doing thereof, the Testator, was of sound and disposing mind and memory, to the best of these deponents knowledge and beliefs. Sworn and subscribed the 10th day of February A. D. 1806.

Be it remembered that on the 10th day of February A. D. 1806 letters Testimony were granted to Jacob Wink Adam Wink, John Wink, Uriah Wink and Elias Wink, Executors of Jacob Wink, deceased.
