I am seeking the parents of Katherine (Elizabeth) Wingate b. Nov. 1, 1809 in "Virginia" and married Samuel McKinley on Aug. 12, 1830 in Fairfield County, Ohio. The couple reared a family in Walnut Twp., Pickaway County, Ohio. After he died there in 1858, the family moved to Piatt County, Illinois, where she died ca. 1871. Is this Katherine related to the Wingets of Knox County, Ohio? Others?
