Unfortunately, there is no known birth or death record for Mehitable Wing.
The family of Ebenezer Wing (wife Elizabeth alias Jane Blackmore) was originally recorded in the Sandwich Vital Records, Book 2, p. 87. However, many years ago, this (and several other pages) were lost. All that is left is the index to these pages which lists Ebenezer Wing's family on page 87, with the eldest child born in 1721.
The Wing Family of America, Inc. [WFA] has recently published a genealogy of the family, and it includes a biography of Mehitable Wing. I am not sure how much of the material on Mehitable would meet the standards of the General Society of Mayflower Descendants.
