It has been known that Rev. John Winge was the minister at St. Nicholas Parish Church in Stroud [now Strood], Kentshire, England. from circa 1608 - circa 1614.
I recently discovered that the Medway Archives found at: http://cityark.medway.gov.uk/
has digitized the parish registers for the area and placed them online.
Searching the image files I found the following baptisms:
1609 "Deborah Winge the 12 of Octobar"
1611 "John Winge the first of Septembar"
These were undoubtedly the first two children of Rev. John Winge and Deborah Bachiler. John Wing later came to New England with his family and settled at Sautucket [originally part of Yarmouth, later Harwich and after his death incorporated as the town of Brewster].
