I'm looking for info on the Wines family that contained Jemima Wines (born about 1818) and her daughter Mary Jane Wines (born about 1834).
Jemima gave her daughter consent to marry Joseph Winchester in 1849 in Wayne Co., KY.
The 1860 census shows them living in Marion Co., TN with info as follows:
Winchester, Joseph 46, Mary J. 26, Geo W. 11, William D. 7,
Elizabeth 6, Martha Ann 1, Jemima Wynes 42, Margaret
Ann 16, Biddy 3
In the 1870 census, Mary Jane was living with her children in Jackson Co., AL. No mention of Joseph or her mother living with them.
Does anyone have these women in their family tree?
