My 2 great-grandfather was Fredrick Weniger (or other spelling) who was born around 1814 in Hesse, and immigrated in 1850. He landed in NYC, and eventually settled in Lawrence County, OH. His wife, Anna Catherine, and son, Henrich came over in 1852. Also, 2 brothers, John and another unknown, and their families came over in 1852. You said you had copies of a newsletter of Winegars. Let's compare notes.
