Thanks so much for your info. If you have any of the dots that I need to get over this brick wall, I would appreciate any help yoou can give me. I know who her parents were, because listed on the Stafford county death notice. I got a copy and that is how it is listed. I talked to my Uncle Henry who verified this. Evidently , the problem lies in that Nancy A. Wine got pregnant and her family sent her to live in Caroline County. But again I can find no records until I find her son, Henry on the 1860 census in Stafford. Also, I found Nancy living with her son on the 1870 census. All of these blanks do not connect. Have you found the Stafford site on the rootsweb-lots of info on the Overwharton Parish and cemeteries. She was supposed to have lived on the Prospect Hill farm and that is where her son was born, but again can not verify. Also, MWC has a site with old newspaper articles on the Wine Family. I am in the process of seeing how to obtain copies of this info. Thank you.
