Thank you for the new conversation on this topic. I'm very busy right now or I would volunteer to go somewhere to do lookups if that would resolve the parentage of Catherine Winsor, who was my 4xG Grandmother.

I was the one quoted in this strng who drove to Wards Chapel to actually look at gravestones and concluded that Catherine could not be a Ward. That leaves the House theories and the Baden theories. Before this correspondence I had considered the Baden theories the strongest. This correspondence certainly strengthens the House theories. If more documentation makes the House theory overwhelming, then one problem to be solved will be what to do with the evidence on the Baden side. This is exciting!
