You might want to check into Ohio state law. Some states have laws that prohibit people from denying access to cemeteries on private property.

Do you have the book on Highland County cemetery inscriptions? Do you have a copy of Philip's will? Do you have Philip's Revolutionary War records?

I have sent you some e-mail attachmwents, including one that says Philip's wife Elcy was buried on the "Old Miller Farm" in Hamer Township. Is this the same cemetery Philip is buried in? This person refers to his burial place as the "Old Miller Farm on Rocky Ford."
