Hi June,
I have a Francis Windle b.1813 m.Mary b.Sutton. He was the son of William b.27.12.1770 and Mary Naylor b.15.2.1796.
Wm. & Mary had 9 children, Elizabeth 1796, Wm. 1799, John 1801, Richard 1805, Mary 1806, Edward 1811, Francis 1813, Mark 1815 Henry 1817.
I am connected through Mark. If this is your Francis I have more info.
There is also a Francis Windle mentioned in the 1881 Census for Newbold & Dunston, Derby. - Francis age 36, wife Mary, children Arthur, Sarah, Amy, Frank, Leonard and Wilfred. He is probably the son of Francis.
