I am having a terrible time trying to put the pieces together on our Winders line. My great great grandmother was Mary (Mollie) Barney Winders Cleere. She was born in Prescott, Arkansas in 1861. Possible siblings were Sally Ann, Franklin Pierce, and James Buchanen. The children were all seperated after the Civil War. We have no idea where the family came from, who the parents were, or what happened to them. My gg grandmother rode to TX on horseback at 16 and married John Luther Cleere. She wound up raising my grandmother who is now 100 years old. If you have managed to put any of the pieces together on your Nannie Bell, please let me know. Maybe it will give me some clues. Thanks so much!
