yes, william is a common name throughout the line.here is one i found:

"Manchester, a preacher 1686 and earlier but gone in 1689.He had married 11 April 1667 Elizabeth Hart at Malden, but probably did not reside there; nor is it known where hor whence he came or wither he went.Possible he was son of William Winbourne of Boston."
