Looking for Wimpey information

I am looking for information on the Wimpey family. My great-great grandfather was Edward Wimpey. He was born on October 25,1875 and died on May 22, 1925. He married Matilda Hargrove (b. Sept. 16,1883 and d. Aug. 05,1947). They are buried at Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery in Pickens County. I have information that they originally came from the Glassy Mountain area. They had 6 children: Bertha Wimpey(my grandmother), Lee Wimpey, Wes Wimpey, Doc Wimpey, Tom Wimpey, and Robert Wimpey. The Wimpey family were tombstone engravers from family lore and the tombstones of the Wimpeys at Crossroads Church are handmade. There are several Wimpey buried there but I haven't been able to make the connection yet. I am stumped on this line! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
