DANIEL M. WIMMER, 73, a well-known retired farmer residing at Creston, murdered his wife, aged 50 years, in their home about noon Sunday, by striking her on the head a number of time with a crowbar, and then committed suicide by cutting his throat with a butcher knife and drinking carbolic acid. The couple had been married since last summer and had had repeated quarrels over property matters.
